The board of directors of the Trustee-Manager is satisfied on reasonable grounds that, immediately after the repurchase of Units, the Trustee-Manager will be able to fulfil, from the Trust Property, the liabilities of Keppel Infrastructure Trust as these liabilities fall due, in accordance with the Business Trusts Act. The reference to "Trust Property" shall have the same meaning as ascribed to it in the trust deed dated 18 May 2015, as may be amended from time to time, constituting Keppel Infrastructure Trust.

All reference to "share" or "shares" in this announcement shall mean "unit" or "units".
