The Company and Ms. Wendy Tan Kim Choo have mutually agreed to disengage and terminate the service agreement previously entered into between them with immediate effect after having reconsidered her suitability for the role as the Company's Financial Controller. The Company has appointed Mr. Lee Juin Lian as her replacement. Please refer to the announcement released earlier on the appointment of Mr. Lee as the Company's Financial Controller.
