Response Description (Please provide a detailed description of the Response to Query in the box below): The Board of Directors (the Board ) of Yamada Green Resource Limited (the Company ) would like to provide the following information in response to the queries raised by the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 26 October 2023.

Are you (the Company) aware of any information not previously announced concerning you, your subsidiaries or associated companies which, if known, might explain the trading? Such information may include events that are potentially material and price-sensitive, such as discussions and negotiations that may lead to joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions or purchase or sale of a significant asset. The Board, is not aware of any information not previously announced concerning the Company, its subsidiaries or associated companies which, if known, might have led to the unusual trading activity of the Company s shares on the SGX-ST.
