Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Tuesday, June 11, 2024 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of Members to receive the aforesaid dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2024. The payment of such dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the AGM, shall be distributed amongst them, on or before Friday, June 28, 2024 and will be made subject to deduction of tax at source.
