We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Meeting held today, i.e., May 14, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved the re-appointment of Mr Al-Noor Ramji (DIN: 00230865) as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a second consecutive term, for the period from May 1, 2027 upto May 18, 2029 (both days inclusive), subject to approval of the shareholders by way of a Special Resolution at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
