We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors ("Board") at their meeting held today i.e. Monday, May 11, 2026, considered and approved the audited consolidated and standalone financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The aforesaid financial results were reviewed by the Audit Committee before approval by the Board.

The Board has recommended dividend of 300% i.e. Rs. 6/- per equity share on equity shares of Rs. 2 each, subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ( AGM ).
