Dear Sirs,

The Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company ( NRC ), has granted 1,66,582 Stock Options, comprising of 1,30,327 Options and 36,255 Performance Stock Units ( PSUs ) on 20th July, 2026 to eligible employees of the Company, in terms of the UltraTech Cement Limited Employee Stock Option and Performance Stock Unit Scheme, 2022 ( the Scheme - 2022).
