Mr Zhang Rongxiang ("Mr Zhang") is currently the Managing Director and Executive Director of the Company. Following the retirement of Mr Chee Teck Kwong Patrick as Independent Director at the Company's annual general meeting and the re-composition of the board size and diversity, Mr Zhang resigned as Managing Director and Executive Director of the Company and appointed as General Manager of the Company.

The Nominating Committee ("NC") had reviewed and recommended the appointment of Mr Zhang as General Manager of the Company.

The Board, having considered the recommendations of the NC and assessed, among others, the qualifications, expertise, work experience and overall contribution of Mr Zhang to the Company, is of the view that Mr Zhang possesses the requisite experience and capabilities to assume the duties and responsibilities as General Manager of the Company.

Accordingly, the Board approved the appointment of Mr Zhang as General Manager of the Company.
