The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Bund Center Investment Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce the resignation of Ms Wong Yoon Lean as one of the joint secretaries of the Company with effect from 19 December 2025. Ms Luo Jiaru will continue to serve as the Secretary of the Company.
