We wish to inform you that a step-down subsidiary of the Company has been incorporated in the Federal Republic of Nigeria for ease of carrying on business. This new subsidiary is a private company limited by shares called 3i Infotech Nigeria Limited and is a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of 3i Infotech Holdings Private Limited, the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company based in Mauritius.

3i Infotech Nigeria Limited has been incorporated on June 19, 2019 by the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria.
