Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Mr Tiong has tendered his resignation as the CFO of the Company to pursue other career opportunities. Mr Tiong is currently serving his notice period and his last day of employment is 27 March 2024. Mr Tiong will work closely with the senior management and the finance team to ensure an orderly transition and handover of duties.

There are no concerns with regards to financial reporting that led to the resignation of Mr Tiong and there are no disagreements between Mr Tiong and the Board of Directors of the Company with regards to practices that will have an impact on the Company's financial reporting.

After having interviewed Mr Tiong, the Sponsor, to the best of its knowledge, is satisfied that there are no material reasons for the cessation of Mr Tiong as the CFO of the Company saved as disclosed in this announcement.
