PT ALAM SUTERA REALTY TBK (the Company ) hereby announces its offer to purchase for cash up to the Acceptance Amount of its outstanding USD171,397,000 8.000% Senior Secured Bond due 2 May 2024 (ISIN: XS2238946581)(the Notes ) validly tendered (the Offer ) pursuant to the Offer to Purchase. The purchase price will be determined by an Unmodified Dutch Auction Procedure. A concurrent consent solicitation to amend certain terms and conditions of the Notes will be conducted. Eligible Holders may choose to deliver their Consents for the Notes pursuant to the Consent Solicitation without tendering their Notes for purchase in the Offer. It is not possible to tender Notes for purchase in the Offer without automatically delivering a Consent pursuant to the Consent Solicitation. Eligible Holders whose Notes are validly tendered and accepted for payment will receive the Purchase Price, which includes the Consent Fee.
