1. The Notes will be listed and quoted in the Bond Market with effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 12 April 2019.

(II) The short name and abbreviated name of the Notes are 'Telefonican7.375%270410R' and 'TELFN27R' respectively. The ISIN Code is USP9T36GAR67.

The letter 'R' denotes that trading of the Notes issued under Regulation S. The letter 'A' denotes that trading of the Notes issued under Rule 144A.
