Mr Leonard Bleasel AM, Chairman of APA Group, today advised the Board that he intends to retire as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Australian Pipeline Limited (APL) Board at the conclusion of APA s Annual Meeting next month. He will be succeeded in the role by current APA Non-Executive Director, Michael Fraser.

Mr Bleasel also announced that Non-Executive Director, John Fletcher, Chairman of the APA Group People and Remuneration Committee had advised of his intention to retire as a Director no later than February 2018 when APA will announce its FY18 interim results and that Patricia McKenzie had advised of her intention to retire from the Board at the 2018 Annual Meeting.
