We hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Bank, vide their resolution dated May 01, 2020, appointed Mr. Neeraj Dhawan as the Chief Risk Officer of the Bank for a period of three years. He will assume charge, effective from May 2, 2020 in place of Mr. Ashish Agarwal, the current Chief Risk Officer, who will be transitioning to a new role in the Bank effective May 02, 2020.

This intimation is pursuant to the Reserve Bank of India ( RBI ) circular Ref No. DBR.BP.BC.No.65/21.04.103/2016-17 dated April 27, 2017.
