Additional TextFollowing the shareholders' approval of, inter alia, the resolutions set out in the Company's Notice of EGM dated 29 March 2017 at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 21 April 2017, trading in the Shares of the Company will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 24 April 2017.
Additional TextThe suspension is to facilitate the completion of the Proposed Transactions, including without limitation, the Proposed AVL Acquisition, the Proposed REGL Acquisition, the Proposed FSVL Acquisition, the Proposed Share Consolidation and the Proposed Compliance Placement.
