To pursue other career opportunities. The Company's sponsor, SAC Capital Private Limited, after having interviewed Mr Chan Tee Yong ("Mr Chan"), is satisfied that, other than as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the resignation of Mr Chan as the Financial Controller.

In addition, there are no concerns with regard to financial reporting that led to the resignation of Mr Chan and there are no disagreements between Mr Chan and the Board of Directors with regard to matters that will have an impact on the Company's financial reporting.
