Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 51 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), this is to inform the exchange that Mr. Vibhore Sharma (DIN: 03314559) vide his letter dated August 16, 2022, has tendered his resignation as Independent Director of the Company with effect from August 31, 2022.

The resignation letter with reasons as indicated therein is enclosed as Annexure A. Mr. Vibhore Sharma in his letter has also confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in the resignation letter.

The requisite disclosures as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Para A, Clause (7B) of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015, are given as Annexure B.
