Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Mr. Pan Congxian, Jeremy ("Mr. Pan") is currently serving his probation period with the Company. Following an internal review the Company has decided not to continue his employment beyond the probation period.

There are no concerns with regards to financial reporting that led to the termination of Mr. Pan and there are no disagreements between Mr. Pan and the Board of Directors of the Company with regards to practices that will have an impact on the Company's financial reporting.

The Company's Sponsor, W Capital Markets Pte. Ltd., having interviewed Mr. Pan, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr. Pan as the FC of the Company.

Role and responsibilities
Mr. Pan is responsible for the financial and accounting functions, including accounting, internal controls, financial management reporting, risk management, and compliance matters for the Company and the Group.

The Company is in the process of looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Chief Financial Officer or Financial Controller and will make the necessary announcement to update the shareholders on the new appointment in due course.

The responsibilities currently undertaken by Mr. Pan will be overseen by the Executive Director in the meantime.
