Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below - Refer to the Online help for the format): ASTI Holdings Limited (the "Company") refers to its Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 (the "Annual Report") released on SGXNET on 9 April 2026 (Announcement reference SG260409OTHRO79Y).

Subsequent to the publication of the Annual Report, the Company discovered that there were two inadvertent typographical errors on page 114 of the Annual Report under the section "Statistics of Shareholdings as at 23 March 2026".

Mr Soh Pock Kheng's deemed interest and total percentage interest should be 23,100,000 shares (2.95%) and 12.51% respectively.

The Company has corrected the information on Mr Soh's shareholding interest accordingly.

Save for the aforesaid corrections, all other information contained in the Annual Report remains unchanged.
