1. On July 29, 2015, Indosat Palapa Company B.V. has exercised the redemption of Guaranteed Senior Notes Due 2020 (the 2020 Notes ) at a redemption price equal to 103.6875% of the principal amount $650,000,000 thereof plus accrued and unpaid interest, if any, to the redemption date.

2. We express our sincere appreciation to the holders of 2020 Notes and all related parties who have participated from its issuance until redemption.
