Dear Sirs,
In terms of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we write to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 21st October, 2024, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th September, 2024.
In terms of the Company s Code of Conduct for Trading in Listed or Proposed to be Listed Securities, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Connected / Designated Persons from 1st October, 2024 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results i.e. up to 23rd October, 2024 (both days inclusive).
