NOTICE OF REDEMPTION

Pursuant to, and in accordance with, the terms of the trust deed dated 28 June 2016 (the Trust Deed ) constituting the Bonds, the Issuer has elected to redeem and will redeem the Notes in full on 9 May 2022 (the Redemption Date ) at the Early Redemption Amount pursuant to Condition 8.2 (Redemption at the option of the Issuer) of the terms and conditions of the Bonds.

The Early Redemption Amount is US$942,860.24 plus interest accrued but unpaid to the Redemption Date. The Bonds will be cancelled as of the Redemption Date and interest will cease to accrue on and after the Redemption Date.
