Mr Yeo Tze Khern Thomas ("Mr Yeo") has tendered his resignation as the Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary of the Company to pursue other career opportunities.

Mr Yeo confirms that there are no concerns with regards to financial reporting that led to his resignation and there are no disagreements between him and the board of directors or management of the Company with regards to practices that would have an impact on the Company's or the Group's financial reporting.

Mr Yeo is currently serving his notice period and will work closely with the management of the Company and the finance team to ensure an orderly and smooth transition.

After having interviewed Mr Yeo and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, ZICO Capital Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the resignation of Mr Yeo.
