The Board of Directors of Ouhua Energy Holdings Limited (the "Company") refers to the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 8 April 2020 (the "Notice"). Due to an inadvertent error, the date of the Annual General Meeting in the Notice contained within the Company's Annual Report 2019 despatched to all shareholders was stated as "30 April 2019" when it should read as "30 April 2020". Printed copies of the revised Notice with the corrected date shall be despatched to all shareholders.
