The Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company ( NRC ) has granted 1,200 Stock Options, comprising of 1,075 Options and 125 Performance Stock Units ( PSUs ) on 28th October, 2024 to eligible employees of the Company, in terms of the UltraTech Cement Limited Employee Stock Option and Performance Stock Unit Scheme, 2022 ( the Scheme - 2022 ).
