The Company is (i) seeking the consent of Bondholders each by way of an Extraordinary Resolution to the amendments to the Terms and Conditions and the Trust Deed constituting the Bonds, and (ii) giving Bondholders the option to agree, if such option is validly selected by the Bondholders, to the substitution of each Bond with (x) Consent Shares, or (y) Full Consent Shares. It is expected that, depending on their investment preference, some of the Bondholders will elect to maintain their holding in the Bonds while others will substitute their Bonds for either Consent Shares or Full Consent Shares.
