Dear Sirs,

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Monday, 20th July 2026 based on the recommendation of the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee, considered and approved the re appointment of Mr. Vivek Agrawal (DIN: 10599212) as Whole time Director designated as Whole time Director and Chief Marketing Officer of the Company for a period of two years with effect from 1st January, 2027 to 31st December, 2028, subject to approval of the Company s shareholders. He will continue to be Key Managerial Personnel of the Company in terms of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.

Brief details for the aforesaid re appointment are provided in Annexure A.

The meeting commenced at 12:30 pm and concluded at 2:15 p.m.
