As part of the ongoing review of the Board composition and the roles of the Board members, Management proposed a restructuring of the Board taking into account the overall strategic direction of the Group. Following its review, the Nominating and Remuneration Committee ("NRC") approved the proposal and recommended that Mr. Soh Yeow Hwa ("Mr. Soh") to be re-designated from Executive Director and Interim Chief Executive Officer to Executive Director.

The Board, having reviewed and considered Mr. Soh's credentials, experience and contributions to the Company, has approved his re-designation.
