To attend to personal commitments. Ms Phua will remain as Company Secretary of the Company and is working closely with Group CEO Mr Alan Tang to ensure a smooth handover of her responsibilities, until the effective date of cessation. The Company is in the process of finding a replacement for a suitable candidate and will make the necessary announcement on SGXNet accordingly. The Board and Management would like to extend its appreciation to Ms Phua for her dedicated long service and contributions to the Far East Orchard Limited Group.
