The Board of Directors of Sinarmas Land Limited ("SML") wishes to announce that PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk ("BSDE"), a subsidiary of SML listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange ("IDX"), has published an abridged prospectus in Bahasa Indonesia, in Investor Daily newspaper, regarding its plan to do a public offering for a bond program (the "Bond Program") on the IDX.

The total program amount of the Bond Program is IDR3 trillion with Phase I offering size of up to IDR1.5 trillion.

Attached herewith are the following relating to the Bond Program:
i) A published copy of the abridged prospectus in Bahasa Indonesia; and
ii) BSDE's Press Release of 16 May 2016 in Bahasa Indonesia and its unofficial English translation.
