Serine Yeo has resigned for personal reasons and to pursue other career opportunities.

She had on 23 March 2020 resigned as Chief Financial Officer of Matex International Limited (the "Company"). Currently she is serving her 3 months' notice and her last day with the Company would be on 22 June 2020. The Board of the Company will actively look for a replacement.

Based on its enquiries, the Sponsor of the Company, CIMB Bank Berhad, Singapore Branch is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there is no material reason for the cessation of Serine Yeo as the CFO.
