We, Thai Beverage Public Company Limited ("THBEV"), were informed by Fraser and Neave, Limited ("F&N") that the Board of Directors of F&N considered and approved the operating results and financial statements for the second quarter and/or half-year ended 31 March 2025.

The information will be available on the website of the Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX) (www.sgx.com) once the upload by F&N via SGX website is completed.

Please note that F&N is an indirect subsidiary of THBEV whereby InterBev Investment Limited, an indirect subsidiary of THBEV, holds 69.61% of all shares of F&N (excluding treasury shares).
