Pursuant to Regulations 30, 33 and 52 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and further to our letters sc nos. 17340 and 17462 dated April 14, 2023, and May 4, 2023, respectively, the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results under Ind AS of Tata Motors Limitedfor the financial year ended March 31, 2023, have been approved and taken on record at ameeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today, i.e. May 12, 2023.

The Board of Directors has fixed Tuesday, August 8, 2023 as the date of the 78th Annual General Meeting of the Company.

We would like to inform that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held today has recommended declaration of
final dividend of Rs. 2 per Ordinary Share of Rs.2 each (100%) and Rs. 2.10 per A Ordinary Share of Rs. 2 each
(105%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2023. The dividend, if declared at the AGM, shall be paid to
the eligible shareholders from August 14, 2023 onwards.

The said audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2023 and the auditors reports thereon
are attached herewith. Also enclosed herewith is a copy of the press release in this regard.
