| Additional Text | The Company's Board of Directors Meeting which was held on 25 November 2020 approved the call for the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on 29 January 2021 at 10.00 hrs. (Bangkok Time) in Bangkok, Thailand and the book closure date for the share transfer with respect to the entitlement to attend the AGM is 8 January 2021 (BCD). |

| Additional Text | however, the Central Depository (Pte) Limited (CDP) determines that investors rights are based on shareholders whose names appear in CDP register as at 17.00 hrs. (Singapore Time) on 7 January 2021. |
