In terms of Regulation 33(3) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, read with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/38 dated March 19, 2020 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/106 dated June 24, 2020, Videocon Industries Limited (the "Company") is obliged to submit and/or publish the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2020 on or before 31st July, 2020. However, as the Company is not in a position to publish the said results in a timely manner in compliance with the SEBI circular dated 19th November, 2018 read with the SEBI Circular dated March 19, 2020 and June 24, 2020, the Company would like to furnish the reasons for delay in publishing of financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2020
