Grant of Award of Ordinary Shares Pursuant to the SGX Deferred Long-Term Incentive Scheme ("SGX DLTIS")

In accordance with Rule 704(29) of the Listing Manual, Singapore Exchange Limited would like to announce the following grant of ordinary shares to its employees ("Grant") pursuant to the SGX DLTIS:

Date of Grant: 17 August 2026

Number of shares which are the subject of the Grant*: 1,497,200 shares

*Final number subject to acceptance by the relevant participants.

Market Price (last done price per share) of shares on the date of Grant: $25.50

Vesting of shares : The shares awarded shall vest in three equal tranches on 1 September 2027, 1 September 2028 and 1 September 2029.
