As part of the Board renewal process, Mr Ho will be retiring by rotation pursuant to Article 99 of the Constitution of DBS Group Holdings Ltd ("DBSH") at the conclusion of the 24th Annual General Meeting of DBSH, which is scheduled to be held on 31 March 2023. He was appointed to the DBSH Board on 29 April 2011 and has served as a non-executive director for over 11 years. The Board and Management of DBS would like to express their gratitude to Mr Ho for his invaluable contributions to the Board and the DBS Group.
