Step-Up Interest for:
S$109,000,000 Class A1 Secured Sustainability-Linked Notes due 25 March 2026
S$36,000,000 Class A2A Secured Sustainability-Linked Notes due 25 March 2026

M&T Investments Pte. Ltd. announces that it has failed to achieve the 2023 GHG Emission Intensity Performance Target of not more than 100.0g CO2/km.

As a result, an "SPT Step-Up Event" under the Notes has been deemed to have occurred on 25 February 2024 and the interest rate applicable to the Notes will be increased by 0.10 per cent. with effect from the first interest payment date falling on or after 25 February 2024.

As the first interest payment date falling on or after the occurrence of the SPT Step-Up Event is 25 February 2024, the rate of interest for the Notes effective from 25 February 2024 will be as follows:

Class A1 Notes: 3.050 per cent. per annum

Class A2A Notes: 3.852 per cent. per annum
