As part of the Board rejuvenation process and good corporate governance practice, Mr Tan Soo Nan (Mr Tan), who is due to retire by rotation pursuant to Regulation 93 of the Company s Constitution, will not be seeking re-election and will retire from the Board upon the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 24 April 2026.

The Board of Directors and the Company would like to record our appreciation to Mr Tan for his invaluable contributions and guidance during his tenure as a Director of the Company.
