Mr Leung Yu Hin Eugene will retire by rotation at the annual general meeting to be held on 29 April 2026 ("2026 AGM") pursuant to articles 94 and 95 of the Company's Constitution. Although eligible, he has signified that he is not offering himself for re-election. Mr Leung's retirement will take effect upon the conclusion of the 2026 AGM. Upon his retirement, he will cease to be a member of each of the Audit & Risk Committee, Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee.
