| Narrative version | NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, that subject to the ordinary shareholders' approval of the payment of a final dividend of S$0.25 per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2025 at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 29 April 2026, the Ordinary Share Transfer Books and Register of Holders of ordinary shares of the Company will be closed from 5.00 p.m. on 4 May 2026 (Monday) up to (and including) 5 May 2026 (Tuesday).
Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. of 1 Harbourfront Avenue, Keppel Bay Tower #14-07 Singapore 098632, up to 5.00 p.m. on 4 May 2026 will be registered to determine the ordinary shareholders' entitlement to the tax-exempt (one-tier) Final Ordinary Dividend in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2025 (the "Final Ordinary Dividend").
In respect of ordinary shares in the securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP"), the Final Ordinary Dividend will be paid by the Company to CDP which will, in turn, distribute the Final Ordinary Dividend to the holders of the securities accounts.
