Pursuant to the recommendation of the Nominating Committee, and having reviewed and considered the qualifications, work experience, performance and capabilities of Mr Oh Kwok Fon ("Mr Oh"), the Board of Directors is satisfied that Mr Oh possesses the requisite experience and capabilities to assume the responsibilities of the Assistant Finance Director of the Company, having previously held such position within the Company.
