On 12 August 2022, BizLink Holding Inc. ( BizLink ) announced to exercise its option under Description 7.2.3 of the Description of the Bonds ( Description ) to redeem all outstanding Bonds in whole on 12 September 2022 ( Redemption Date ) at the Early Redemption Amount per Denomination, US$206,965.22.
On 31 August 2022, the Last Conversion Date, the aggregate principal amount of the Bonds outstanding is US$600,000. The aggregate cash amount payable by BizLink based on the aggregate principal amount of the Bonds it will redeem on the Redemption Date is US$ 620,895.66.
