The Nominating Committee has reviewed the experience, qualifications, skill sets and strong business network of Mr Philip Cecil Rickard ("Mr Rickard") and is satisfied that Mr Rickard possessed the requisite qualifications and competencies to assume the position of Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. The Board of Directors approved the redesignation of Mr Rickard from Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer to Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company upon the recommendation of the Nominating Committee.
