The Annual Report for FY2019 is not accompanied by the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and the Proxy Form, which will be sent to shareholders of the Company at a later date separately. In view of the measures put in place by the Singapore Government due to the COVID-19 outbreak and the guidance issued by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore and Singapore Exchange Regulation, the Company had obtained the respective approvals for extension of time to hold its AGM for FY2019 as set out in the Company's announcement dated 9 April 2020. Accordingly, the Company will make further announcement(s) via SGXNet to update its shareholders on the exact date and details of the Company's AGM for FY2019 in due course.
