Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (PT Japfa) noted that the cash flow report was inadvertently missed out in the scanned consolidated financial statement for the financial period ended 30 September 2015 (3Q2015 FS) lodged with the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) on 30 October 2015. It has re-loaded the complete set of its 3Q2015 FS to BEI today.

Copy of PT Japfa's letter to BEI in Bahasa Indonesia (together with an unofficial English translation) and the 3Q2015 FS are attached.
