At the Annual Stockholders Meeting held today 27 April 2023, stockholders representing at least a majority of the outstanding shares approved/ratified the amendments to Articles IV and Articles V of the Bank s Amended By-Laws.

The amendments to the By-Laws are seen to improve the overall corporate governance framework of the Bank.
