Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): We refer to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 20th November, 2017, inter-alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2017.

Further, as per the Company s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (the Code ), pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed for the Insiders covered under the Code from Tuesday, 14th November, 2017 till the end of 48 hours after the results are made public on Monday, 20th November, 2017, for the purpose of consideration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company.
