Detailed reason(s) for cessation
The Board of Directors ("Board") of Soup Holdings Limited ("Company", together with its subsidiaries, collectively the "Group") wishes to announce that Mr Wong Chi Keong ("Mr Wong CK") has resigned as the Managing Director ("MD") and the Executive Director ("ED") of the Company with effect from 28 April 2026 for personal reasons. Mr Wong CK has decided to step down as MD and ED at the current juncture to allow fellow co-founder and ED, Mr Wong Wei Teck to more effectively manage the Group amidst the current challenging global geopolitical situation, and considering Mr Wong Wei Teck's recent increase in shareholding in the Company which demonstrates deeper commitment in the Group.

Following the above, Mr Wong CK has decided not to stand for re-election at the Company's upcoming annual general meeting on 29 April 2026.
